Project Finding Calcutta

Project Finding Calcutta is a half day event, which focuses on serving the poorest of the poor in the spirit of Mother Teresa. We begin with fellowship, prayer, and orientation, and then separate into smaller groups to go comfort the elderly at nursing homes, feed the homeless on the streets, help the Missionaries of Charity sisters in assisting low-income families or homeless pregnant women, work at a community garden, make lunch and serve at soup kitchens, and/or organize items at food pantries.
Dates for events include:
• February 15th
• April 19th
• June 21st
• August 16th
• October 18th
• December 20th
Meet us after 9:30 am in the Parish Hall. All volunteers must be cleared with Safe Environment and approved to serve a head of time.
