GOING DEEPER WITH CHRIST

ADULT FAITH FORMATION

Faith is a lifelong journey, and we encourage our parishioners to continue asking questions and learning about our faith as adults. We strive to continuously offer new and varied ways to explore our Catholic faith and grow closer to Christ.

Deacon Petzold’s Monday Night Bible Study meets in the Parish Hall at 6:30 pm. Deacon Petzold’s class runs from September to May.

LITERATURE AS PROPHECY

Literature as Prophecy is a fascinating class taught by Dr. Robert Alexander. Find Christ where ordinarily we do not see him and enter more fully and deeply into the sacramental life of the Church, especially the Eucharist.
The class meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm in the auditorium of the Religious Education building (the PCC), and examines classic literature in the light of the reality of Christ.

WEDNESDAY MORNING BIBLE & FAITH STUDY GROUP

Our Wednesday morning Bible and Faith Study Group meets at 10:30 am in the Café of the Religious Education Building (the PCC) and studies books of the Bible, theology, the lives of the saints, and Christian living.
Everyone is invited and there is no cost involved.

WALKING WITH PURPOSE

Touching the Divine, a 20-lesson Bible study for women, focuses on the many qualities of Jesus revealed through the Gospel of John. This study draws us into a deeper, loving relationship with Jesus as we reflect on His life and personality.
Wednesdays 7-8:30 pm in the Parish Hall. Click HERE for more information.

LECTIO DIVINA

Lectio Divina (Latin for "Divine Reading") is an ancient traditional way of meditating and praying over Sacred Scripture to deepen our relationship with God, learn about His teachings and ourselves.
The Lectio Divina group meets on Friday mornings at 10:30 am year round in the Cafeteria of the Religious Education building (the PCC).  Everyone is invited and there is no cost involved.

BECOMING CATHOLIC - RCIA

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a spiritual journey designed for adults who freely seek the living God and desire to enter the Catholic Church.  RCIA participants will be strengthened spiritually during their preparation and at the proper time will receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Confirmation, and Holy Eucharist).  Baptized Catholics who have not completed the Sacraments of Initiation may also participate in RCIA as appropriate to their needs.
