Our Lord has called all of the baptized to go forth. Our ministries are our way of carrying on this Mission of the Church to both increase Faith and to also generate new Faith. I am asking you to participate in the Ministry Fair so that we can inform our parishioners about the many opportunities to continue that mission, and secondly to encourage them to commit to these ministries. By participating in the fair, we are assisting the faithful in their expression of Faith, Hope, and Love.

Dear Leaders of Parish Organizations and Ministries,
On the weekend of October 29th and 30th the Parish will be hosting a Ministry Fair. The goal of this fair is to inform parishioners about the numerous ministries available in our parish and to invite them to become involved in areas that meet their needs and talents.
We are a few short weeks away from this event, and very excited about bringing together the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Community for the Ministry Fair. A Trunk-Or-Treat event for the children of our Parish will be taking place in conjunction with the Fair on Saturday night. The Parish very much appreciates your ministry and would like to assist you in continuing your work toward your goals and future growth. With this in mind, your group is invited and encouraged to participate in this event. One or two members of your group are requested to represent your organization at the Ministry Fair after every Mass and to share information with parishioners. While you are strongly encouraged to be present after all 7 Masses, we understand that factors such as prior plans or a small group size might limit your involvement. We would appreciate your participation, even if you are not available for every Mass. It is recommended that you provide literature explaining the goals, purpose, and activities of your group. To help with your publicity, a sign with the name of your group can be provided at a table designated for your ministry.
